May 15: "Paircafé™: Part 1. Flavors & Receptors."
We will carry out experiments that show how our flavor receptors function, and how two different single origin coffees interact with these receptors, and how that interaction is modulated by food.
May 22: "Paircafé™: Part 2. Coffee at Different Stages of the Roast."
We will use a single origin specialty coffee to demonstrate how different roast stages have different flavor profiles and therefore will pair with different foods.
May 29: "Paircafé™: Part 3. Your Turn."
Your turn to explore different single origin coffees and to create food pairings.
